Introduction

In 2024 we introduced the $50 VIP Group Package, which included a private tent for groups of 8 or more, a personalized VIP name sign, and first choice of tent location. It was a huge success and sold out quickly!

This year, we’re bringing VIP back—with even more perks. Since the Mad Hatter Derby is our main fundraiser for the year, we’ve increased the price and expanded the benefits.

-           $100 for groups of 10 or fewer

-           $150 for groups of more than 10

-           10x10 tent for groups of 10 or fewer

Last year’s 92-player tournament overwhelmed registration, so this year we're pre-registering everyone. Options include:

-           General Admission (not playing) – 64 available

-           1:00 PM Tee Time (playing) – 36 available

-           1:45 PM Tee Time (playing) – 36 available

-           2:30 PM Tee Time (playing) – 36 available

Mad Hatter Thunderdome Tournament

New this year: a round-robin croquet-based challenge designed by our Croquet team—exclusively for VIPs!

-           The winning team earns a year of bragging rights and their name on a new Perpetual Trophy, handcrafted by “Chief” Josh Haazard (creator of the Mad Hatter’s mallet).

-           The trophy will be displayed year-round at participating sponsor locations.

-           Defend your title in 2026!

Each VIP group seeds one team of 3 players into the Thunderdome. Substitutions can be made with any group member—even if they're also playing in the regular tournament.

Imagine your VIP group winning both tournaments!

Mad Money

Guests told us they wanted more ways to donate—so we created Mad Money ("Mads")!

You and your guests will receive the Mads purchased when you arrive at check-in.

General Admission or Tee Time tickets include 8 Mads for the first drink.
